John DeFoe, MAI

John began his commercial real estate career in 1988. Since then, he has appraised and analyzed all types of commercial real estate throughout the United States. John joined the firm in 2009. Much of his work involves annual and quarterly valuations for institutional investment funds. Prior to joining Pyramid he worked with KTR, a national appraisal and consulting firm. He managed the firm’s New Jersey office from 2003 through 2008 and its Los Angeles office from 1998 to 2002. He was previously employed by several New York regional appraisal firms.

John received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (concentration in Valuation and Analysis) from New York University in 1995 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (concentration in Finance) from Rutgers University in 1988. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
